Encouraging news from Utah

While reading through GoldMoney's website, I came across this news article. It's about Utah law, but it mentions that Washington State is also considering a similar law.

This is encouraging, but I wish they'd remove the laws that forbid me from buying gold and storing it in GoldMoney's vaults. I don't trust securities 'backed by gold'. I'd prefer to own the real thing, and I don't want to store it at my house.
